Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream (optional)

1 3/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: whipped cream, marshmallows, cinnamon sticks


Instructions

1. Add milk, heavy cream (if using), cocoa powder, sugar, and salt to crock pot. Whisk to combine.

2. Add chocolate chips and cover crock pot.

3. Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until smooth.

4. Stir in vanilla extract just before serving.
