Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder optional
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika optional
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan optional
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and cut cauliflower into florets.
3. Place florets on parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Drizzle olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
5. Sprinkle seasonings.
6. Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
7. Sprinkle Parmesan if desired and serve.
