Ingredients
1 medium green cabbage
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika optional
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan optional
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Remove outer cabbage leaves and wash thoroughly.
3. Cut cabbage into wedges.
4. Place wedges on baking sheet.
5. Brush olive oil over wedges.
6. Sprinkle seasonings evenly.
7. Roast 25–30 minutes until crispy.
8. Serve immediately.
