Description
Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites are golden, crunchy, and coated in a sweet and spicy creamy sauce. Perfect appetizer or snack for parties or weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
Vegetable oil for frying
Bang Bang Sauce: ¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha
Instructions
1. Pat salmon pieces dry.
2. Mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip salmon in eggs, coat with flour mixture.
4. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C), fry salmon 2–3 minutes per side.
5. Drain on paper towels.
6. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha.
7. Toss salmon in sauce or drizzle before serving.
Notes
Adjust sriracha for desired spice level.
Serve immediately for best crispiness.
Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
