Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
8 ounces mushrooms sliced
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1½ cups whole milk
½ cup cooking cream
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Mix meatball ingredients
2. Shape into meatballs
3. Brown meatballs in skillet
4. Remove meatballs
5. Cook mushrooms in butter
6. Add garlic
7. Stir in flour
8. Add milk and cream
9. Simmer until thick
10. Return meatballs
11. Cook until done
12. Serve warm
