Description
Creamy Grape Salad is a sweet fruit salad made with juicy grapes, a smooth cream cheese dressing, and a crunchy brown sugar topping. Perfect for potlucks and gatherings.
Ingredients
4 cups seedless green grapes
4 cups seedless red grapes
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash grapes and dry thoroughly.
2. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
3. Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract and mix until creamy.
4. Add grapes and gently fold until coated.
5. Transfer to serving bowl.
6. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over top.
7. Add chopped pecans if desired.
8. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Use both red and green grapes for color.
Greek yogurt can replace sour cream for lighter option.
Mini marshmallows can be added for dessert style salad.
Chill well before serving for best flavor.
Store in refrigerator up to 3 days.
