Description

Creamy crockpot crack chicken made with tender slow-cooked chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, and ranch seasoning. Easy comfort food.


Ingredients

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts

8 ounces cream cheese, cubed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup finely chopped mushrooms, sautéed

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1/2 cup chicken broth

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

1. Sauté mushrooms until golden.

2. Add chicken to crockpot.

3. Season with ranch and pepper.

4. Add mushrooms, garlic, broth, and cream cheese.

5. Cook on low 6 hours or high 3–4 hours.

6. Shred chicken and stir in cheddar cheese.

Notes

Use chicken thighs for richer flavor.

Serve over rice or in sandwiches.
