Description

Creamy corn dip made with cream cheese, sour cream, and melted cheese. Perfect warm appetizer for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

2 cups corn kernels, drained

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons chopped green onions


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease baking dish.

2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

3. Stir in corn, cheeses, and seasonings.

4. Transfer mixture to baking dish.

5. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly.

6. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.

Notes

Use fire-roasted corn for extra flavor.

Add jalapeños for heat.

Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 3 days.
