Ingredients
200g dark chocolate, chopped
3 large eggs, separated
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions
1. Melt chocolate over simmering water or microwave; cool slightly.
2. Beat egg yolks with 2 tablespoons sugar until pale.
3. Stir melted chocolate into egg yolks until smooth.
4. Whip heavy cream with vanilla until soft peaks form.
5. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks; add remaining sugar gradually.
6. Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture gently.
7. Fold in egg whites carefully.
8. Spoon mousse into serving glasses or bowls.
9. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
10. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or berries.
