Description
Creamy Chicken Florentine with tender chicken, garlicky spinach, and a rich Parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
4 cups fresh spinach
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in skillet
2. Season chicken and cook until golden
3. Remove chicken from skillet
4. Sauté garlic and spinach
5. Add cream and broth
6. Stir in Parmesan until smooth
7. Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce
8. Simmer 2–3 minutes
9. Garnish with parsley
10. Serve hot
Notes
Use chicken thighs for juicier meat
Serve over pasta or mashed potatoes
Add mushrooms or nutmeg for variation
