Description

This creamy Chicken Caesar Dip is loaded with tender chicken, Romaine, Parmesan, and Caesar dressing. Perfect as a crowd-pleasing appetizer for parties, game nights, or casual snacks.


Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup Romaine lettuce, finely chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Optional: croutons or chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Crackers, breadsticks, or fresh vegetables for serving


Instructions

1. If not using pre-cooked chicken, poach or roast chicken breasts until fully cooked, then shred or dice.

2. In a medium bowl, combine Caesar dressing, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.

3. Add shredded chicken, chopped Romaine, and Parmesan cheese to the dressing mixture. Fold gently until evenly coated.

4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

5. Transfer to a serving bowl, top with optional croutons or fresh parsley, and serve with crackers, breadsticks, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Do not freeze. Serve cold or allow to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving. Garnish just before serving for freshness.
