Description

One Pot Creamy Chicken and Rice made with tender chicken, fluffy rice, and a rich creamy sauce.


Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound chicken breast

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup long-grain rice

2 1/2 cups chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Brown chicken.

2. Add onion and garlic.

3. Stir in seasonings and rice.

4. Add broth and simmer.

5. Stir in cream and cheese.

6. Cook until creamy.

Notes

Add vegetables if desired.

Use thighs for juicier chicken.

Add broth when reheating.
