Description

Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

4 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

½ cup dried cranberries, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

1 tablespoon honey

1 egg, beaten


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix cream cheese, feta, cranberries, parsley, thyme, and honey until blended.

3. Unroll pastry, spread mixture, and roll into a log.

4. Seal with egg wash and slice into ½-inch rounds.

5. Place on baking sheet, brush tops with egg wash, and bake 15–18 minutes until golden.

6. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes
