Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion diced
2 carrots diced
1 cup frozen peas
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon flour
1 ½ cups beef broth
salt
black pepper
dried thyme
2 pounds potatoes
4 tablespoons butter
½ cup milk
Instructions
1. Boil and mash potatoes
2. Brown beef in skillet
3. Cook vegetables until soft
4. Add garlic and tomato paste
5. Stir in flour and broth
6. Simmer until thick
7. Add peas
8. Spread filling in dish
9. Top with mashed potatoes
10. Bake until golden
