A creamy, spiced classic Pumpkin Pie with a flaky crust, perfect for holidays or any cozy fall gathering.
Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
¾ cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Place pie crust in a 9-inch dish and crimp edges.
3. Whisk pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, spices, and salt until smooth.
4. Gradually whisk in evaporated milk.
5. Pour into crust and bake 15 minutes at 425°F.
6. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake 40–45 minutes until set.
7. Cool completely before serving with whipped cream.
