Description

Classic Homemade Reese’s with creamy peanut butter filling coated in smooth chocolate. Perfect homemade candy treat.


Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups powdered sugar

2 cups milk chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)


Instructions

1. Mix peanut butter, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar until firm.

2. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls or press into mini muffin liners and chill.

3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave until smooth.

4. Dip chilled peanut butter balls into melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.

5. Refrigerate 20–30 minutes until chocolate sets.
