Description

A colorful, protein-packed Cobb Salad made with grilled chicken, creamy avocado, eggs, and fresh vegetables tossed in a tangy Greek yogurt dressing.


Ingredients

Romaine lettuce, chopped

Cooked chicken breast, sliced

Hard-boiled eggs, halved

Cherry tomatoes, halved

Cucumber, sliced

Avocado, diced

Red onion, thinly sliced

Crumbled feta or blue cheese

Greek yogurt

Olive oil

Lemon juice

Honey

Dijon mustard

Salt and black pepper


Instructions

1. Wash and chop romaine lettuce; spread it evenly in a serving bowl.

2. Arrange chicken, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion in rows.
