Baked Citrus Herb Salmon is a quick, juicy, and flavorful dish infused with bright citrus and aromatic herbs. Perfect for weeknights or special dinners.
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme or 2 tsp fresh, chopped
1 teaspoon dried rosemary or 2 tsp fresh, chopped
Lemon slices for garnish
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down if applicable.
4. Brush the citrus-herb mixture generously over the salmon.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
6. Remove from oven and let rest for 2–3 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.
