Ingredients

Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

2. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a small bowl. Transfer to a piping bag or zip-top bag for swirling.

3. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour pancake batter onto the skillet. Swirl the cinnamon mixture into each pancake using the bag. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

4. In a small bowl, whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

5. Stack pancakes, drizzle with cream cheese glaze, and sprinkle with extra cinnamon or powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm.
