Description
Cinnamon roll bliss bars are soft, gooey dessert bars filled with warm cinnamon flavor and finished with a smooth vanilla glaze.
Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup unsalted butter melted
2 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup unsalted butter softened
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line pan
2. Mix dry ingredients
3. Add wet ingredients and mix
4. Spread batter into pan
5. Mix cinnamon filling
6. Drop filling over batter and swirl
7. Bake until set
8. Cool completely
9. Whisk glaze ingredients
10. Drizzle glaze over bars
11. Slice and serve
