Description
Churro cupcakes with soft vanilla cinnamon cake, cinnamon sugar topping, and creamy cinnamon frosting. Perfect dessert for parties and celebrations.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar for topping
1 teaspoon cinnamon for topping
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup butter for frosting
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line cupcake pan
2. Mix flour baking powder salt and cinnamon
3. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy
4. Add eggs and vanilla extract
5. Mix dry ingredients and milk alternately
6. Fill cupcake liners
7. Bake 18–20 minutes
8. Cool cupcakes completely
9. Brush with butter and coat in cinnamon sugar
10. Prepare frosting and pipe onto cupcakes
11. Serve and enjoy

Use room temperature ingredients
Add dulce de leche filling for variation
Freeze unfrosted cupcakes up to 2 months
Dust extra cinnamon sugar before serving
