Description

Chocolate Pecan Clusters are a quick, no-bake holiday treat made with toasted pecans coated in rich melted chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt.


Ingredients

12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (or dark chocolate)

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for shine)

Sea salt, for sprinkling


Instructions

1. Toast pecans in a dry skillet or oven until fragrant.

2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.

3. Stir toasted pecans into the melted chocolate until fully coated.

4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

5. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
