These No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are rich, creamy, and quick to make. Perfect for dessert, snacks, or holiday treats, they come together in minutes without the oven.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 tablespoons peanut butter (for topping)
Instructions
1. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter. Mix until smooth.
3. Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
4. In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with 4 tablespoons peanut butter until smooth and glossy.
5. Pour chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
7. Remove from pan, cut into bars, and serve.
Notes
Add 1/2 cup chopped peanuts to the base for crunch.
Swap semi-sweet chocolate for milk or dark chocolate.
Sprinkle sea salt on top for a salted version.
Use almond or cashew butter instead of peanut butter.
Keep bars chilled to maintain firmness.
