Description

These No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are rich, creamy, and quick to make. Perfect for dessert, snacks, or holiday treats, they come together in minutes without the oven.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

2 cups powdered sugar

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

4 tablespoons peanut butter (for topping)

Instructions

1. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter. Mix until smooth.

3. Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared pan.

4. In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with 4 tablespoons peanut butter until smooth and glossy.

5. Pour chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.

6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

7. Remove from pan, cut into bars, and serve.

Notes

Add 1/2 cup chopped peanuts to the base for crunch.

Swap semi-sweet chocolate for milk or dark chocolate.

Sprinkle sea salt on top for a salted version.

Use almond or cashew butter instead of peanut butter.

Keep bars chilled to maintain firmness.
