Description

Chocolate Covered Pretzel Rods are crunchy pretzels dipped in melted chocolate and decorated with sprinkles or nuts. A perfect sweet and salty treat.


Ingredients

12 pretzel rods

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable oil

1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional for drizzle)

Sprinkles, crushed nuts, or candy pieces for topping


Instructions

1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.

3. Dip pretzel rods into melted chocolate covering two-thirds.

4. Tap off excess chocolate and place on baking sheet.

5. Add sprinkles or toppings before chocolate sets.

6. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over pretzels if desired.

7. Let chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate 10–15 minutes.

Notes

Use dark or milk chocolate if preferred.

Decorate with crushed cookies or coconut flakes.
