Easy Chocolate Bark with Nuts and Fruit, customizable and perfect for gifting or snacking.


Ingredients

12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup almonds, chopped

1/2 cup pistachios, chopped

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped

Optional: 1 teaspoon orange zest or sea salt


Instructions

1. Line baking sheet with parchment.

2. Melt chocolate until smooth.

3. Pour and spread chocolate evenly.

4. Sprinkle nuts and dried fruit over chocolate.

5. Press toppings lightly.

6. Refrigerate until set.

7. Break into pieces and store.
