Description
Classic Chicken Parmigiana with crispy breaded chicken, rich marinara sauce, and melted mozzarella cheese.
Ingredients
Chicken:
2 large chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp water
1½ cups breadcrumbs
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
½ cup olive oil
Topping:
2 cups marinara sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare breading stations.
2. Season and coat chicken cutlets.
3. Pan fry until golden.
4. Top with marinara and cheese.
5. Bake until melted and bubbly.
Notes
Use thin cutlets for even cooking.
