Ingredients
2 cups cooked white rice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 ¾ cups whole milk
½ cup cooking cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a casserole dish
2. Cook rice and set aside
3. Cook seasoned chicken in olive oil until golden
4. Steam broccoli until tender
5. Prepare cream sauce with butter flour milk and cream
6. Stir in cheese until smooth
7. Combine rice chicken broccoli and sauce
8. Transfer to casserole dish and top with cheese
9. Bake until bubbly and lightly golden
