Description

These Cherry Cheesecake Brownies combine fudgy chocolate with a creamy cherry cheesecake layer for a decadent dessert perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ teaspoon salt

8 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ½ cups pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk in flour, cocoa, and salt. Spread half of batter in pan.

3. Beat cream cheese, ¼ cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in cherries.

4. Spread cheesecake mixture over brownie layer. Drop remaining brownie batter in spoonfuls and swirl gently.

5. Bake 40–45 minutes until center is slightly soft and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely.

6. Lift using parchment and cut into squares. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Use frozen cherries if fresh are unavailable; thaw and drain before use.

Add nuts for extra texture.

Chill 30 minutes for cleaner slices.

Store in airtight container at room temp or fridge.
