Description
Cheesy Ground Beef Quesadillas are crispy tortillas filled with seasoned beef and melted cheese. A quick and easy meal for any day of the week.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
8 flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheese
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Cook ground beef until browned.
3. Season with spices and remove from heat.
4. Place tortilla in skillet and sprinkle cheese on one half.
5. Add beef and more cheese.
6. Fold tortilla and cook until golden on both sides.
7. Repeat with remaining tortillas and slice before serving.
Notes
Do not overfill quesadillas.
Cook on medium heat for even browning.
Best served fresh and hot.
