Ingredients
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
1/2 cup baby spinach
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
Instructions
1. Preheat skillet over medium heat with olive oil
2. Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper
3. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side, then slice
4. Spread mayonnaise or Greek yogurt on tortillas
5. Add chicken, bell peppers, spinach, and cheese
6. Fold tortillas tightly to form wraps
7. Optional: Heat wraps in skillet 2–3 minutes
8. Slice in half and serve warm
