Ingredients
20 dill pickle slices, thick-cut
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking spray or oil for baking
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Set up breading stations: flour, eggs, and cheesy panko mixture.
3. Dredge pickles in flour, dip in egg, coat in panko-cheese mix.
4. Arrange on baking sheet; lightly spray tops with cooking spray.
5. Bake 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
