Description

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

12 slider buns

8 slices cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon sesame seeds


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease baking dish.

2. Mix ground beef with seasonings.

3. Press beef evenly into dish and bake 15–18 minutes.

4. Drain excess grease.

5. Place bottom buns over beef.

6. Layer cheese, ketchup, and mustard.

7. Add top buns, brush with butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds.

8. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and melted.

9. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Drain beef well to avoid soggy buns.

Use American cheese for extra melt.

Add pickles or onions for flavor.

Reheat leftovers in oven for best texture.
