Description

A creamy, cozy fall milkshake inspired by classic apple pie, with caramel, cinnamon-spiced apples, and a whipped cream topping. Perfect for dessert or a festive treat.


Ingredients

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup milk

1 cup cooked cinnamon-spiced apples

1/4 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped cream (optional)

Crushed graham crackers or pie crust crumbs (optional)


Instructions

1. In a small skillet over medium heat, combine diced apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a teaspoon of water. Cook until tender and fragrant, about 5–7 minutes. Let cool slightly.

2. In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, cooked apples, caramel sauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour the milkshake into tall glasses. Optionally, swirl caramel sauce inside the glass for extra flavor and presentation.

4. Top each milkshake with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel, and optional pie crust crumbs or crushed graham crackers. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.

Notes

Cook apples ahead for convenience.
