Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
¾ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup thick caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
½ cup toffee bits or finely chopped nuts (optional)
Fresh apple slices, pretzels, or graham crackers for dipping
Instructions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
2. Add brown sugar and vanilla extract, then beat until light and combined.
3. Mix in the caramel sauce until fully incorporated.
4. Stir in cinnamon if using.
5. Transfer to a serving bowl, top with toffee bits or nuts, and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes before serving.
Notes
