Description

Creamy, sweet, and perfect for fall gatherings — this Caramel Apple Dip blends cream cheese, brown sugar, and caramel sauce for a rich, spoonable treat that tastes just like a caramel apple in dip form.

Ingredients

Scale

8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature

¾ cup packed brown sugar

½ cup thick caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

½ cup toffee bits or finely chopped nuts (optional)

Fresh apple slices, pretzels, or graham crackers for dipping

Instructions

1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

2. Add brown sugar and vanilla extract, then beat until light and combined.

3. Mix in the caramel sauce until fully incorporated.

4. Stir in cinnamon if using.

5. Transfer to a serving bowl, top with toffee bits or nuts, and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use thick caramel for the best consistency.

Add sea salt for a salted caramel twist.

Serve chilled and refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days.
