Description

Rich, fudgy Candy Bar Brownies loaded with chunks of your favorite chocolate bars — an irresistible dessert for any chocolate lover.


Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1½ cups assorted chopped candy bars (Snickers, Kit Kat, Twix, or Reese’s)

½ cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until glossy and smooth.

3. In another bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, stirring until just combined.

5. Fold in chopped candy bars and chocolate chips evenly.

6. Spread batter into prepared pan and bake 28–32 minutes, until edges are set but center is soft.

7. Cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes

Avoid overbaking for extra fudgy brownies. Mix different candy bars for fun flavor combinations. Serve with vanilla ice cream for the perfect treat.
