Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped Cadbury eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy
3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix until incorporated
4. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into wet ingredients
5. Fold in chopped Cadbury eggs gently
6. Scoop dough onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart
7. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden
8. Cool on sheet 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack
