Description
Easy Cabbage Stir-Fry with carrots, bell peppers, and green onions in a light garlic-ginger sauce.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup julienned carrots
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
3 green onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Heat oil in skillet.
2. Sauté garlic and ginger.
3. Add cabbage, carrots, bell pepper and stir-fry.
4. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper.
5. Add green onions, toss and garnish.
6. Serve immediately.
Notes
Swap vegetables as desired.
Add tofu, tempeh, or chicken for protein.
Avoid overcooking for crispness.
