Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
⅓ cup buffalo sauce
¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

1 cup shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce

½ cup diced tomatoes
½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
1. Place shredded chicken in a bowl and toss with buffalo sauce
2. Heat tortillas in skillet
3. Spread dressing across tortillas
4. Add chicken, lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, and cheese
5. Fold sides and roll tightly
6. Slice in half diagonally
