Description
Crispy, spicy Buffalo Blitz Bites tossed in buffalo sauce and served with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Perfect for game day, parties, or a fun weeknight snack.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 large eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Beat eggs and prepare panko in a separate bowl.
4. Coat chicken in flour, then egg, then panko.
5. Place chicken bites on prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Mix buffalo wing sauce and melted butter.
8. Toss baked chicken in sauce until evenly coated.
9. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
10. Garnish with parsley and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
Double coat chicken for extra crunch.
Swap chicken for cauliflower for a vegetarian version.
Adjust buffalo sauce for preferred spice level.
Air fry instead of baking for crispier texture.
