Description

This easy Beef Lo Mein recipe features tender beef, crisp vegetables, and perfectly sauced noodles for a delicious, quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp sesame oil

1/3 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp cornstarch

2 tsp sesame oil

1/4 cup beef broth

2 tbsp vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp grated ginger

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup shredded carrots

2 cups broccoli florets

8 oz lo mein noodles, cooked

2 green onions, chopped


Instructions

1. Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil for 10–15 minutes.

2. Mix all sauce ingredients together and set aside.

3. Heat oil in a wok, cook beef for 2–3 minutes, then remove.

4. Add garlic and ginger, then stir-fry vegetables for 3–4 minutes.

5. Return beef to pan, add noodles and sauce, and toss until evenly coated.

6. Serve hot with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Use fresh noodles for the best texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
