Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup tomato sauce
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup shredded cheese optional
1/2 cup lettuce chopped optional
1/4 cup sour cream optional
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook onion until soft
2. Add garlic and cook briefly
3. Add ground beef and cook until browned
4. Add chili powder cumin paprika salt and pepper and mix well
5. Pour tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes
6. Warm tortillas until soft
7. Add beef mixture and rice to tortillas
8. Add cheese lettuce or sour cream if desired
9. Fold sides and roll tightly
10. Serve immediately or toast for crispy texture
Notes
Use lean ground beef for best texture
Do not overfill tortillas
Freeze individually wrapped burritos for meal prep
