Description

Cheesy Beef and Pasta Casserole made with tender pasta, seasoned ground beef, rich sauce, and melted cheese.


Ingredients

Scale

12 oz dry pasta

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound ground beef

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 can marinara sauce (24 oz)

1/2 cup beef broth

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup shredded cheddar

1/4 cup grated Parmesan


Instructions

1. Cook pasta and set aside.

2. Brown beef with onion.

3. Add garlic and seasonings.

4. Stir in sauce and broth.

5. Combine pasta with beef sauce.

6. Transfer to baking dish.

7. Top with cheeses.

8. Bake until bubbly.

Notes

Use lean beef.

Add vegetables if desired.

Freeze for later meals.

Cover when reheating.
