Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice cubes
Optional: protein powder, peanut butter, cocoa powder, or cinnamon
Instructions
1. Peel and slice bananas into blender.
2. Add milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
3. Add ice cubes.
4. Optional: add protein powder, peanut butter, cocoa, or cinnamon.
5. Blend on high until smooth.
