A creamy, sweet, frozen treat made with bananas, yogurt, and peanut butter — perfect for a healthy snack or quick dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

3 bananas, sliced

1 cup vanilla greek yogurt

1 cup peanut butter, melted

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Slice bananas into small rounds.

3. Mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.

4. Drop small spoonfuls of yogurt mixture over banana slices.

5. Freeze the banana-yogurt clusters for 1 hour.

6. Melt peanut butter until smooth.

7. Dip frozen clusters in melted peanut butter.

8. Place back on the sheet and freeze 1–2 hours until firm.

9. Serve frozen and store in an airtight container.

Notes

Use natural peanut butter for a softer coating.

Add chopped nuts or chocolate drizzle for texture.

Swap peanut butter with almond or cashew butter.
