Baked Scallops are tender, buttery seafood with a golden Parmesan-breadcrumb topping, perfect for elegant dinners or appetizers.
Ingredients
1 pound sea scallops, cleaned and patted dry
2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
¼ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease baking dish
2. Mix butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon, salt, and pepper
3. Place scallops in dish and drizzle mixture
4. Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan
5. Sprinkle over scallops
6. Bake 12–15 minutes until opaque and golden
7. Garnish with parsley
8. Serve immediately
