Ingredients
4 white fish fillets (6 oz each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme or parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet.
2. Pat fish dry.
3. Mix olive oil, garlic, and herbs.
4. Brush over fish fillets.
5. Top with lemon slices.
6. Bake until fish flakes.
7. Garnish and serve.
