Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6 oz each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: lemon wedges and parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Pat chicken dry.
3. Rub with olive oil.
4. Mix and sprinkle seasoning over chicken.
5. Bake 20–25 minutes until 165°F.
6. Let rest 5 minutes.
7. Serve with optional lemon and parsley.
