Description
Easy Baked Chicken Bites are juicy, flavorful, and coated in a light honey-garlic glaze — perfect for weeknights or parties.
Ingredients
1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
1 tablespoon water
Chopped parsley or green onions, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Toss chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Arrange in a single layer and bake 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway.
4. Meanwhile, combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and garlic in a saucepan; simmer 2–3 minutes.
5. Add cornstarch slurry if needed to thicken.
6. Add baked chicken to the sauce and toss to coat.
7. Garnish and serve warm.
Notes
Broil for 2 minutes for extra crispness.
Replace soy sauce with coconut aminos for a gluten-free version.
