Ingredients
12 oz pasta
1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook pasta and drain
2. Blanch asparagus 2–3 minutes
3. Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant
4. Add cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper; stir until smooth
5. Toss pasta and asparagus in cream sauce
6. Garnish with parsley and serve
