Ingredients

Graham cracker crumbs

Brown sugar

Apple butter

Cream cheese

Granulated sugar

Eggs

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.

2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter. Press into pie dish to form crust.

3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add apple butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

4. Mix in eggs one at a time until combined.

5. Pour filling into crust and smooth the top.

6. Bake 40–45 minutes until center is set.

7. Cool completely, then chill 2–4 hours before slicing.

8. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
